Ordering
With the search function on our site you can view the collection in a targeted manner, you can search by keyword, brand and article number. You can select favorite models and if you have made a choice for one or more models, you can start the ordering process.
Shipping costs
Orders are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands. For Belgium and Germany 5 euro shipping costs are charged.
For other countries in the EU, the following shipping costs apply:
15 Euro: France (incl. Corsica and Monaco), Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands), United Kingdom (excluding Gibraltar and the Channel Islands).
20 euros: all other countries in Europe (excluding Russia).
The webshop does not deliver outside of Europe. More information about delivery and costs outside of europe can be obtained via info@calandschoen.nl or the contact form.
Payment Options
We offer you five payment options:
iDeal is online payment through your own home banking system. ABN AMRO (previously also Fortis Bank NL), ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, Rabobank, ING, SNS Bank, SNS Regiobank and Triodos Bank are participating in this.
We accept Visa and Mastercard by credit card.
Paypal is safe, fast and easy online payment with your Paypal account.
Payment by bank transfer means that you receive an invoice by email and transfer the amount manually. This form of payment takes longer (1 to 4 working days). Your order will only be processed when the amount has been received by Buckaroo.
With Bancontact / Mistercash, Belgian account holders can make online purchases using their bank card. Belgian customers who bank with the banks: Dexia, Fortis, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA bank and VDK Spaarbank can easily make online payments via Mister Cash / Bancontact.
Payments via ideal, credit card, Paypal and Bancontact are confirmed with us almost immediately and are therefore delivered quickly. With manual transfer, we only receive confirmation when the amount is credited. This can take up to 5 working days after your payment. Please note that this can affect the delivery time of your order. Orders that are not paid within two weeks will be automatically canceled.
Payment process
You will receive an order confirmation by email. It is therefore important that you provide the correct email address. Via the order confirmation we indicate that the order procedure has been successful and that we have received your order. We use the payment provider Buckaroo for the financial settlement. This is to ensure a safe and smooth handling of your order.
Delivery
As soon as we have received the signal from Buckaroo that your payment has been received, we will start the delivery. When the shipment is ready you will receive an email and the shipment will be delivered to your home within 1 working day. This e-mail contains the track & trace code. Shipping within the Netherlands is free.
Delivery times within the Netherlands
If you order before 4 p.m. on Monday to Friday, your order will be delivered to your address or the parcel point that you have selected from the following day.
If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be offered from Tuesday.
If you are not at home, PostNL will deliver the package to the neighbors unless you have indicated otherwise.
Orders paid by bank transfer will be shipped a few working days later after receipt of your payment.
Delivery times outside the Netherlands
If you order before 4 pm on Monday to Friday, your order will be processed and shipped the same day.
If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Offers and prices
Offers apply as long as stocks last. The prices in the webshop include VAT, including shipping and the same as in our stores in Rotterdam and Amsterdam.
Applicable law
The purchase agreement is exclusively governed by Dutch law.
