Not satisfied with your order?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we kindly ask you to register the items for return within 14 days of receipt. This can be done via your account on our webshop. After registering your return, you then have an additional 14 days to send the items back to us, sufficiently stamped and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. The shoes must be unworn, in the original shoebox, and securely packaged. You can also reuse our shipping bag for this purpose.
If you would like a different size or model, you can simply place a new order via the webshop. Once we receive the shoes in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account—usually within a few working days, and no later than two weeks.
Easy returns
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the package to Caland Schoen in Rotterdam.
To make returns even easier, we’ve partnered with the external service Returnista, which helps simplify the return process. You can use their services via the green “Create return shipment” button below this text. With Returnista, you can send your return at a reduced rate—or even have it picked up at a location and time of your choice.
Make sure you always request and keep the shipping receipt from the courier until your return has been fully processed. You are responsible for the return shipment at all times, even when using the extra service we offer via Returnista.
Most delivery services also offer the option to insure your package against damage or loss.
Of course, you are also free to use any other parcel service of your choice.
Returning in-store
You may also return shoes you ordered online directly to our store. If preferred, you can exchange them immediately. You will receive a proof of return. The purchase amount will be refunded immediately and usually appears back in your account within two business days, depending on your original payment method.
Exchanges in-store are possible within 14 days, provided you show your receipt. The shoes must be unworn and in their original box.
