Proper Care Prolongs the Life of Your Shoes
Regular maintenance can significantly extend the lifespan of your shoes. Often, a suitable shoe cream is sufficient, but in other cases, a protective spray may be more appropriate.
Nubuck and suede are best maintained using a nubuck cleaning block (similar to a rubber eraser) or a special nubuck brush. If the color fades, color-restoring sprays are available.
We are happy to advise you on the best care products when you make a purchase.
Service Maintenance
Especially with heeled women’s shoes, it is important to regularly check the heels for wear and replace them in time. For heavily worn lace-up shoes, we also recommend timely heel and sole maintenance. If you don’t have a reliable cobbler nearby, you can use our in-store repair service.
Wet Shoes
If your shoes get very wet, fill them with a shoe tree or crumpled newspaper and let them dry in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat. Once dry, treat the shoes with nourishing cream or spray.
