Ordering
With the search function on our site, you can browse the collection by keyword, brand, and article number. You can select your favorite models, and once you’ve chosen one or more models, you can start the ordering process.
Shipping Costs
Orders within the Netherlands are shipped free of charge, except for Sale items. For Sale items, we charge a 5 Euro contribution towards the shipping costs. For Belgium and Germany, shipping costs are 10 Euros.
For other EU countries, the following shipping rates apply:
15 Euros: France (including Corsica and Monaco), Italy (excluding San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (including Balearic Islands, excluding Canary Islands), United Kingdom (excluding Gibraltar and the Channel Islands).
20 Euros: All other countries in Europe (excluding Russia).
The webshop does not deliver outside Europe. For information about delivery and costs outside Europe, please contact us via info@calandschoen.nl or the contact form.
Payment Options
We offer you four payment options:
iDeal: Online payment via your own online banking system at home. Banks participating in iDeal include ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, Rabobank, ING, SNS Bank, SNS Regiobank, and Triodos Bank.
Credit card: We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Paypal: Safe, fast, and easy online payment with your Paypal account.
Billink: Are you not familiar with our webshop or would you like to see the product first? You can! Order directly and pay the invoice after you’re convinced of your purchase.
Bancontact/Mistercash: Belgian account holders can make online purchases using their bank card. Belgian customers who bank with the following banks: Dexia, Fortis, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA Bank, and VDK Spaarbank can easily make online payments via Mister Cash/Bancontact.
Payments via iDeal, credit card, Paypal, and Bancontact are confirmed almost immediately, and the items are shipped quickly. With manual bank transfers, we receive confirmation only once the amount has been credited, which may take up to 5 business days. Please be aware that this may affect the delivery time of your order. Orders not paid within two weeks will be automatically canceled.
Payment Process
You will receive an order confirmation via email. It is important that you provide the correct email address. The order confirmation indicates that the order procedure has been completed successfully and that we have received your order. For financial processing, we use the payment provider Buckaroo to ensure a secure and smooth handling of your order.
Delivery
Once we receive confirmation from Buckaroo that your payment has been processed, we will initiate the delivery. Once the shipment is prepared, you will receive an email, and the package will be delivered to your address or selected pickup point within 1 business day. The email will include the tracking code. Shipping within the Netherlands is free of charge.
Delivery Times in the Netherlands
If you order between Monday and Friday before 4:00 PM, your order will be delivered the following day to your address or the selected pickup point.
If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be delivered on Tuesday.
If you’re not at home, PostNL will deliver the package to your neighbors unless you’ve specified otherwise.
Orders paid via bank transfer will be shipped a few days after we receive your payment.
Delivery Times Outside the Netherlands
If you order between Monday and Friday before 4:00 PM, your order will be processed and shipped on the same day.
If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Offers and Prices
Offers are valid while stocks last. The prices in the webshop are inclusive of VAT, including shipping costs, and are the same as in our stores in Rotterdam and Amsterdam.
Applicable Law
Dutch law is exclusively applicable to the purchase agreement.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we kindly ask that you register the items for return within 14 days of receipt. You can do this via your account on our webshop. After registering your return, you will have another 14 days to send the items back to us, properly postage-paid and with a copy of the invoice. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. The shoes should be unworn, in the original box, and securely packed. You can also reuse our shipping bag for this. If you want a different size or model, you can directly order the new pair through the webshop. If the shoes are returned to us in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within two weeks, but usually within a few working days.
To make the return process even easier, you can use our return service. You can send your return shipment affordably or even have it picked up at a time and location of your choosing.
It is also possible to drop off a pair you ordered online at our store. You can even exchange it right away. You will receive a proof of drop-off. The purchase amount will be refunded directly and will usually appear back in your account, typically within two working days, to the account with which you originally paid.
For shoes purchased in the store, you will only receive a store credit or exchange for another pair. Exchanges in the store can be made within 14 days with the presentation of a receipt. The shoes must be unworn and complete with the original box. Our gift vouchers are valid indefinitely and can be used in our store.
